My office has tested extensive advertising this year and EVERY year. By coding the results we feel that we have the most accurate data available in terms of marketing effectiveness. Each home has a unique marketing plan designed specifically for that home. We are constantly seeking out new, innovative ways to reach Buyers for homes we are marketing. It constantly amazes me how many Realtors do not answer their phones. At the close of our business day, our office phone is forwarded to brokers cell phone so that a human voice will always be at the other end of the line when needed. (Sometimes even the best efforts will result in a recording but we do try)
In his book “The Tipping Point” , Malcolm Gladwell attributes many phenomena to small things adding up to a big shift of thought. I believe that without doing the little things right, you cannot effectively service your customer.
